Our quality guarantee period is 18 months after the delivery date of the products. Longer quality guarantee period could be provided under additional negotiation.
We would send some spare parts together with the ordered complete sets. During the quality guarantee period, we would provide parts at favourable price for replacement after validity date of guarantee.
We could engage our specialized engineers to give the engineers of clients technical guidance by on-line video once they cannot perform the operation or commissioning of elevator exactly, so that they can solve problem immediately. It is especially applied to the debugging guidance of electrical system.
